Hi! I’m Leeanne. I’m a Professional Leadership Coach, accredited with the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). This certification is a global symbol of excellence, integrity, and commitment to the highest professional standards. I carry these same standards into my work as a Professional Pastoral Supervisor.  And God has called me to use these skills to walk alongside Christian Leaders.

Every day, I meet with leaders either in person or online and talk about their ministry. We talk about ethical issues, team dynamics, self-care practices, the impact of ministry on family life and much more. Whatever the topic, the purpose of these conversations is always to foster personal and spiritual growth to enable Christian Leader to flourish in whatever ministry God has called them to.

Since 2017, I’ve been a Professional Christian Leadership Coach. When the need for supervision was recognised and adopted by many denominations, I studied with St Mark’s National Theological Centre to train as a Professional Pastoral Supervisor to enhance my skills. I work with leaders in churches, schools, and para church organisations, across various denominations and cultural backgrounds. Sessions with me offer understanding, encouragement, and practical insight. I also work part-time as a Leadership Development Facilitator for Transform Southern Sydney. 

Though I'm a country girl at heart, being born and raised in Tamworth, I've lived in Southern Sydney with my husband for the past 40 years. I love to spend time with our two adult sons, their wives, and our granddaughter. I enjoy the outdoors, motor racing, reading, gardening and catching up with friends over a good coffee.
