Hello! I am glad you’re here.

I am an experienced Professional Pastoral Supervisor and Leadership Coach whom God has called to journey with Christian Leaders from all walks of life in various contexts.

I’m an Approved Supervisor for most denominations across Australia so you’ll find me on various lists including AAOS, Chaplaincy Australia, St Marks National Theological Centre and the Sydney Anglican Ministry Training and Development lists.

As a Professional Leadership Coach, I am accredited with the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). This certification is a global symbol of excellence, integrity, and commitment to the highest professional standards. I carry these same standards into my work as a Professional Pastoral Supervisor.

Every day, I meet with leaders, either in person or online, and talk about their ministries. We talk about ethical issues, team dynamics, self-care practices, the impact of ministry on family life and much more. Whatever the topic, the purpose of these conversations is always to foster personal and spiritual growth, enabling Christian Leaders to flourish in whatever ministry God has called them to.

I work online and in person (Sutherland Shire only) with leaders in churches, schools, and para-church organisations, across various denominations and cultural backgrounds. Sessions with me offer understanding, encouragement, and practical insight.

A few times a year, I organise “Come Away and Rest” Spiritual Retreats for Women in Ministry within 2 hours of Sydney CBD.

Though I'm a country girl at heart, being born and raised in Tamworth, I've lived in Southern Sydney with my husband for the past 40 years. I love to spend time with our two adult sons, their wives, and our granddaughter. I enjoy the outdoors, motor racing, reading, gardening and catching up with friends over a good coffee.
