What is Pastoral Supervision?
“Pastoral supervision supports and develops a minister's work, encouraging self-awareness, learning, and appropriate ministry boundaries. It is a valuable tool for personal and professional growth, promoting reflection and strategies for overcoming challenges.” -
Sessions are $150 per hour. Invoices will be sent at the end of the month. Payment is via electronic funds transfer. Invoices can be issued to you or to your church or organisation.

It is best to book a free 30-minute zoom call with me before committing to regular sessions. That way we can get an idea if we will work well together.

If your church or organisation has adopted a mandatory supervision policy, they will let you know how many sessions you need to attend in one year. Both coaching and supervision are more valuable if you have regular sessions – once a month is the best guideline.
